How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

This all depends on your insurance company. Some take longer than others to process their paper work. This proces may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.

I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill - but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

If you can not reach your insurance company for an explanation of your benefits, please feel free to call our billing specialist. Our billing specialists will do their best to help you understand your billing statements.

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

You will receive a statement from Great Lakes Eye Surgery Center (GLESC) after your insurance company has processed the claim.
