Dr. Farhad Shokoohi, MD completed medical school at NUI, and his residency in Ophthalmology at the Kresge Eye Institute, Wayne State University. Dr. Shokoohi is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and specializes in retinal eye diseases; as well as, cataract and laser surgery.
Dr. Shokoohi, MD completed his fellowship in retinal eye disease at the University of Texas, Clinical Professorship at Michigan State University School of Medicine; and, is a member in numerous professional organizations. Dr. Farhad Shokoohi is the founder and President of Great Lakes Eye Institute and Surgery Center.

Dr. Shokoohi is a diplomate of American Board of Ophthalmology; Member of American Society of Retina Specialists, fellow of American College of Surgeons, fellow of International college of Surgeons, The American Academy of Ophthalmology, Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, American College of Eye Surgeons, American Medical Association, Michigan State Medical Society, and Saginaw County Medical Society.

Dr. Blodgett specializes in oculoplastic and orbital surgery and neuro-ophthalmology. He received his medical education at Creighton University School of Medicine, Omaha, Nebraska. He finished his internship at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. He completed an ophthalmology residency at Medical College of Virginia, Richmond. Dr. Blodgett also completed an oculoplastic/neuro-ophthalmology fellowship in Warren, Michigan. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Dudenhoefer attended Duke University as an undergraduate, where he earned his degree in Biomedical Engineering. He attended medical school at Thomas Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and, finished his internship at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Delaware. Dr. Dudenhoefer completed his ophthalmology residency at Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which is consistently ranked in the top three eye residency programs.
Dr. Dudenhoefer, practices comprehensive ophthalmology. Common surgeries include cataract surgery routine as well as complex, retinal laser, and intra-vitreal injections. Dr. Dudenhoefer is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has been in practice with Great Lakes Eye Surgery Center for five years.

Dr. Lin specializes in Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgery and Neuro-Ophthalmology. Dr. Lin graduated from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He finished his internship in Flushing Hospital in New York City and proceeded to complete an ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Virginia, in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Lin then attended a fellowship program in the field of oculoplastics and neuro-ophthalmology in Warren, Michigan. Dr. Lin has been an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Toledo since 2006. He is also a board-certified member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
